Caught Up

I think I am caught up on your baby book for now.. There are still a bunch stuck on my old phone.  This year has been rather busy and tumultuous. I wanted to take time today to note that on this Thanksgiving Day, I am so so grateful to be your momma. I am thankful to God that he gave you to us. You are such a smart, loving, funny boy and I love you!!

Halloween!!!

This Halloween we interacted with lots of people!!  This is Emily and Olivia, the neighbors we play with almost every day, and then the McMillans came to visit and took Ruby trick or Treating with the twins. Mr McMillan stayed and hung out with Daddy. :)

I had lots of doctors appointments yesterday so the 3 amigos went for a hike at Pocahontas. Coincidentally, you told me a story about a girl who had died who loved the park. On the day she died, supposedly this rock where she liked to sit split apart and now it looks like a broken heart. 

Perfect Day

Daddy and I both celebrated with Ruby's Straight A Honor Roll Ceremony, followed by your Thanksgiving Feast at preschool. We have been attending this annual event since Ruby started Preschool at age 2 and a half. This is our last year at the preschool and it was bittersweet for me. :)
